        My wife hasn't received my express letter till 2 weeks and the tracking says it has left uk.After that tracking cannot show anything. Very frustating.

        It is always a slow moving queue, the shop is far too small for the long queues just not a enjoyable experience so I tend to always avoid if I can.

        Long queues with barely any staff. They also don't offer child's digital check and send passport as advertised on the website so I stood in a 15 minute queue for no reason whatsoever. When I asked why it was advertised, the staff member didn't have an answer and was not helpful in providing details on what to do next. Perhaps the post office will update its website to reflect the services it does offer.
