I am a landlord currently not in Basingstoke. After connected them, they provided very professional and efficient plumbing work for my house, thank you very much, good job! A suggestion, faster response via WhatsApp would be much appreciate, since now we are all rely on internet:) Service: Plumbing leak detection

The service provided was brilliant. Michael got here in around 30 minutes from my initial call, clearly explained the fees that I would incur, and was polite throughout. The leak was identified in the flat above and again, he was very polite with them, explained what he needed to do and was in and out as quick as possible. Very helpful, had a bit of an emergency at midnight, took a video call to help chat through the problem and was more then happy to avoid a call out and charge for no reason. Will definitely use for any future issues out of hours for sure!

Things started off ok, as you would expect. The initial callout went smoothly and that plumber ordered 2 new immersion heaters. I then had to chase up to see if the parts had arrived, only to find out that they were reserved ready to be collected on the repair day. This companies quoting for the work was very vague, they didn't know things like; how long to drain the tank or the parts prices. My landlord agreed to continue anyway as I was without hot water over Christmas. I booked the date for the work to go ahead 28th Dec 2022, but no one contacted me or arrived on the day. When I called to see what was going on I was told I would bet a call back in an hour.......no call back, so my landlord chased as well and was told they had me booked for the 29th....... strange seeing as both my landlord and I had already discussed and agreed the 28th with this company. On the day of the repair the plumber left a degree of mess that I had to clean myself. Also the water is not as hot as it used to be. It had already been confirmed the invoice was to go to my landlord and they already had contact details. Neither myself or my landlord received an invoice just contact from Cobra debt recovery a little over a week after the work was completed. That's not how you conduct good business or customer service. This is not a company that I would recommend. Service: Water heater repair
