Same Day Plumber Basingstoke

My heating stopped working on Saturday and, I found Same day plumber on google, Joanna answered the call and explained the process and costings, I was happy to proceed, I was kept updated by Joanna and James arrived a few hours later, with a big smile on his face, removed his shoes, and entered my home, he had a young apprentice with him and it was nice to hear him explain the issue to him, the heating pump had failed due to its age, James had one in his van, and two hours later my system was repaired, nice cosy home again, Well worth the 759 Thanks Guys, Highly recommended

After my heating boiler broke down I called around and found Same day plumber on google, they arranged a gas safe engineer to come round and he arrived in the under an hour which I was shocked with considering how hard I found it to find a company to even answer the phone! The gas engineer found the problem within minutes and explained it to me in terms I could understand, after speaking with my other half I gave the ego ahead and the engineer went off for the new part and was back in 45 minutes, it took him just over the hour to fit the part which was a diverter valve and now its all working as it should. 10/10

I called at 3 pm on Monday and was offered an emergency service within the hour however my problem was not an emergency so I booked a plumber for the next day, the office called me at 8:15 am and gave me an ETA for the plumber who arrived at 1:30 that day, the problem was diagnosed there and then and the issue sorted, the price was reasonable & the service was exactly what I expected as I was Recommended by a friend, I will definitely use again.

Worst service I've ever experienced! Was promised an emergency appointment yesterday but person (boiler engineer) called and told me that they weren't coming and that I needed a plumber. Was promised a plumber was coming today and that was cancelled without being informed! Complete waste of time. Took my credit card details on initial call (for security) and if any payment is taken I'll be taking legal action!
