Logic Emergency Plumbers - Basingstoke

Amazing service! We had to call as an emergency at 6am as our toilet would not stop filling. Not only did they talk me though trying to find the stop-tap - they then came out and diagnosed the issue at 8am. Once they got the leak stopped, they were able to return the next day to swap out the pump and fix the issue for good .

This will be our go to plumber from now on, Service was great! very thorough job to find the source of the leak issue, great communication along the way and I definitely felt like the problem was in good hands, he really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend!

I used your service 8 months ago, paid in excess of 200 for someone to come and look at the leak only to be told that they couldn't repair it. Please check your records again, happy to provide the address if needed. I didn't take out your Home Heat Gold Plan as I wasn't interested and took out emergency cover with someone else. We called Logic Emergency Plumbers after another plumbing company (which I won't name here) didn't show up for a scheduled appointment to change out a gas control valve in our water heater. I called Logic Emergency Plumbers in the afternoon, and one tech was able to come out the following day and take care of it for less than half the price we'd been quoted by the other company. I will be calling Logic Emergency Plumbers first next time!
