when our food turned up 3 of the items was wrong and when we told them it was wrong, they said they will sent out a new order. An hour later my partner phoned up to see whats happened, he got told that it was my partners fault and then it couldn't sent out. We spoke to the person that said he will sent it out and he said sorry and that he will do it now. Hour later, we phoned back and was told that it wasn't going to happen. He also was told to speech to the manager and hung up. My partner called and he was told to come in. Turned out, the person was lieing the whole time till his shift ended.
It would of been easier to do in the first place
