        Went in at 17.10 on Tuesday for an emergency prescription as I was really poor was told it was an hours wait even though it shut at 18.00 told them I wouldn't wait I would suffer till the morning.went back. Went back in the morning was the only person in the chemist was told it still wasn't ready and could I come back in the afternoon. Luckily I was to poorly to argue working for the nhs the customer should always come first.

        Missed my wife's repeat. Missed my repeat by a couple of weeks. Don't seem to get texts anymore when scripts ready. Realised my script was not done after ran out of meds over the weekend.Really seems to have gone downhill in the last six months or so.

        Poor staff, called them up over a week ago to put a repeat prescription for my son just to ring up today to find out its not there and they didnt put it in over a week ago so now my son has no milk the staff are not reliable at all
