        These ladies work so hard, every time I visit which is frequent atm they always go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist is a lovely lady who no matter how busy she is always has time to speak and give advice. Keep up the amazing work

        This is the exact reason why I get my prescriptions delivered. Doctor sent prescription to Boots 4 hours before I got there to collect it. When I went to collect, they hadn't even started the prescription. It was still on their system and had not been processed. What is the point in having a prescription sent electronically if Boots do NOTHING with it until you walk through the door. Absolute waste of time, theirs and mine. Ended up walking out after 10 minutes standing there despite being told it just needed signing off. 5 staff in there yet they can't deal with electronic prescriptions despite having notification of it 4 hours earlier. I'll go back to my online ordering where I don't have to wait around wasting my time.,
