I had the pleasure of meeting Shane today after speaking to Roo first I can not tell you how helpful they both were they couldnt do enough to help me . They went above and beyond to rescue a lady in distress . My son was minding his own business getting a drink in the middle of the night but was greeted by an extra pair of eyes watching him going into the fridge yes you can imagine his reaction to rude to post . To me being woke up mum there a Rat in the kitchen !!! To cut a long story short all I can say is the next few hrs turned into something out of faulty towers trying to get this Rat out . A frantic call to Roo and Shane was with us 20 mins later . Thinking hed come to a nut house . 5 mins later Shane appears with said Rat on his arm laughing and said will you take a picture . Think he was trying to finish me off . Mr Rat turned out to be a neighbours lost pet . So not only did Shane remove mr Rat he managed to reunite mr Rat with his owners . What a start to a Monday morning Im definitely keeping Ridtek in my phone book and I highly recommend anyone to contact Ridtek they are amazing . Service: Rodent extermination
