        Gaz is a top quality guy! I love bootcamp and GK40, each session is different and Gaz motivates you to keep going. I have stuck to going to the sessions for nearly a year now and I want to continue. I love it!

        GK40 is an awesome workout session. Gaz is a great supoort and gives good advice. Everyone's friendly and supportive within the group which makes you feel very comfortable and confident in what you're doing. Great for amateur weight lifters! Caters for all abilities
