My husband and myself do Stephanies Parkinsons class on zoom on a Wednesday, Stephanie is very professional and a highly skilled instructor who is very friendly. Stephanie puts everyone at ease and makes sure everyones separate capabilities are catered for.

I have been attending the My Pace fitness class for around 18 months now and can thoroughly recommend it. Steph understands the limitations of each person on her class and adapts each exercise according to people's abilities.

I attend the Parkinson's classes on Mondays at Lychpit. Steph is a very warm and capable person who gets you going (at your own speed) with loads of laughs. I am really enjoying the classes which involve about 20 minutes of varied warming up exercises followed by a wide variety of individual challenges such as juggling two balls, throwing bean bags at a target, walking heel to toe forwards and maybe backwards (having just failed two pull tests I didn't fancy that one but I can do it now), stepping along a rope ladder on the floor and lots more. After the individual challenges, all of which have easier alternatives, there's another 15-20 minutes of cooling down and stretching exercises. It's a very good way to increase your strength, flexibility and balance if you are a PwP! I thoroughly recommend Steph's classes.
