Lekan is knowledgeable in the fitness regime , suggests improvements in daily routine , Food habits etc and challenges you to improve yourself . Checks upon you before every schedule on your availability , how we are feeling etc after every session , its slow paced improvement to your body and fitness conditions unlike forcing you to do Cardio for quick results unlike many places .
