Stephanie has provided me with the most wonderful deep tissue massage to restore my balance and core strength following problems with my back. With her skill and expertise, she always finds the best places to work, often not obvious to me, and knows how to give me the relaxation and support I need. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

Ive had a great experience with Bridget. I went in with various niggles but with regular physio and exercise at home theyve been eradicated. Im now in a great shape that regular maintenance really helps. Lovely person too who takes an interest which is a bonus too!

I took my daughter to see Bridget after she was experiencing knee pain and her knee was clicking an awful lot. Bridget was great, immediately put us at ease and set my daughter lots of strengthening exercises to do at home as well as giving my daughter massages. Three seasons later and my daughter is signed off and no longer has the knee pain and clicking. Highly recommend Physical Balance.
