I suffer with Sacroiliitis and was recommended Victoria after my back completely seized up and I was unable to move. I felt instant relief and gained improved mobility even after my first session, which has continued to improve with each subsequent visit. Unlike the Physio's I was referred to by my Consultant, Victoria provides a hands-on therapeutic approach which delivers tangible results.

Many thanks to Victoria for the treatment I have received on my shoulder. I was having mobility issues and pain in my shoulder with exercise classes including cardio, pilates and weight training. Victoria was methodical and thorough in my first assessment session and was able to pinpoint where I was having issues. The initial osteopathic manipulation had an immediate impact and I could feel an improvement straight away. I was then given a series of exercises to do at home with detailed descriptions, pictures and also links to videos showing each exercise being performed. There was also a schedule and calendar tick box for each exercise and a fact sheet showing muscles, tendons and bones in the shoulder with common problems associated with the shoulder. Further sessions were carried out professionally, asking how I felt things were going and continuing with osteopathic treatment. My shoulder is feeling great now and my exercise class instructor has also seen the difference in me. I can thoroughly recommend the Tuckwell Osteopathic Practice and will be back for a sports massage with Becki after my next triathlon.

I go to see Victoria on a regular basis, as she works her magic to keep me doing all the activities I want to do. She always finds the crooked and wonky bits to mend. Her advice and guidance are always very gratefully received. Body therapy at its finest. Highly recommended. (As long as I can still get appointments!)
