I needed to see an optician within 48hrs for an issue with my sight. I didn't need a test. Boots were booked up so I tried a few others and Prime had a slot I could make. I tried booking online but I could not finish the task. The 'Confirm' button did nothing! I went into town anyway to find another, but since I was passing Prime I knocked on their door at 08:53 (09:00 opening) and was told they are not open. (I gathered that by the 'CLOSED' sign on the door). I mentioned the issue online and it was dismissed out of hand. Then I was told the optician would not be in until 09:30. The woman in this branch (Basingstoke) was curt to the point of being rude. I went to boots and they had a cancellation later on in the day. Never going to Prime again!

Great Service, no pressure, friendly staff and Opticians. No waiting and quick delivery of my glasses. Highly Recommend.

Use these guys for my clients who want more 'exclusive' frames and they have never once failed to deliver although sometimes delays due to stock availability with suppliers. Fantastic service and quality on delivery!
