I am very impressed with Speccies. Many people seem to believe that after you have had your eyes tested and have been given your prescription, it is merely a matter of choosing a pair of glasses to your liking and price. This however is very much not the case and the quality of the lens, and the coating can make a huge difference to the quality of your final vision. This is particularly relevant to varifocals where the size and shape of the vision areas within the lens can be very different depending what you buy, even with the same prescription. It therefor requires a skilled lens consultant to help you get the best from your glasses not just a fashion adviser. At Speccies a skilled consultant is what you get.
