Quite possibly the easiest and most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Amir was there to greet me when I arrived and was perfectly helpful, courteous and friendly throughout. He answered all questions perfectly and even went out of his way to accommodate me in picking me up at the station. If I ever have to buy another Mazda, I'd immediately go to see Amir first. Thank you for everything, I'm more than thrilled with the car. Christopher

Ive bought 2 new Mazdas from Eden Basingstoke and had vastly different experiences. The first car in 2015 they were awsome both on sales and service no complaints at all even with a few niggles on the car. Just bought a new one again in January and a polar opposite experience. I had to chase for a delivery date even though the car was ex demo. Ive had numerous issues with the car and several times been told if no fault found there will be a charge, they also want to charge for a courtesy car and I have to pick up at a time that suits them. Now a very inflexible money oriented company. Would not use them again.

As a mature gentleman with decades of experience of vehicle servicing at main dealers, I have never had such a poor and chaotic Service/MOT experience as I received here in March 2023. Very late, yet incomplete work; broken promises; poor attitude; and waiting in the showroom for half a day AFTER the completion time. Compensation was welcome, but does not go far enough. Despite having to travel further, I can fortunately use another Mazda service company within striking distance. I suggest you give Eden a wide berth, at least for a good few months. I do not review companies often, and have no conflict of interest in posting this review. UPDATE: Since this post. I applaud that Eden has contacted me and gone quite some way to demonstrate their regret about not meeting their standards and show they are serious about providing a better service and customer experience going forward. (They have NOT asked me to make an update here, I have chosen to do so)

Really poor experience trying to buy a car with this dealership. Poor communication through both phone & email and incorrect sales figures leading to me to requesting my deposit back. They seem to not understand offers available on their own website. I found them to be dishonest and unreliable. In fact this experience led me to contact the CEO of the Eden group to relay concerns.
