Stuart from Mortgage Explorer is the most unprofessional manager I've I have ever experienced. He promises to provide information and then ignores you, time and again. I have been trying to sort a mortgage with this guy for nearly 5 months and all Stuart keeps coming back with is empty promises to buy time, then after a period of waiting he says they need more information, and the cycle repeats. If I had known this in the beginning believe me I would go with someone else. For a manager to ignore a client 4 different occasions means he had no respect for me and clearly doesn't have customer care in his mind. Approach with caution!

Stuart is amazing! Safe to say we didn't have an 'easy ride' with our process. Stuart gave us honest, clear and helpful advice at every meeting we had. He made, what was a tricky process, really easy. We have already recommended him to friends and will always use Stuart for mortgage needs.
