Basingstoke Mattress and Bed Centre Ltd

If you are looking for a new bed and have found this company "Basingstoke Mattress and Bed Centre" you are in the right place and it means you are not impressed with the big bed retailers who we all know and are not impressed with. My wife I visited their show room on 04.09.2021 and was met by Cliff & his wife who were a breath of fresh air in how to listen to a customer and use their knowledge to advise the right bed and mattress. The range of beds and matressess they have in the showroom is very impressive. This couple do not try to make a hard sale, but are able to advise and coach you along. Their aim is to make sure you make the correct decision for your needs. I was most impressed to be informed we could choose from many fabrics and colours, plus have a matching headboard. The icing on the cake was be told a delivery could be made in two weeks (the big retailers advise 5 - 7 weeks). It was a very enjoyable experience to order our bed from Cliff and his wife. O, I nearly forgot, the prices are below what the big retailers charge. The bed was delivered in the advised two weeks and put together within half an hour. I have been sleeping on it for the past six weeks and it is the most comfortable bed I believe I have slept in. I fully recommend this caring company to everyone and thank Cliff and his wife for their excellent service. 10/10.

We spent hours, maybe even days, looking around all the big chain bed stores. We tried all the gimmicks, sleep analysis, etc. and we thought that we had found the perfect mattress until we visited the Basingstoke Mattress and Bed Centre. The mattress that we found (and bought) was comparable in quality and specs to the top tier mattresses that we had tried elsewhere, but at a fraction of the cost. We were able to get a full Divan base, headboard and mattress for the same price as the mattress we were originally set on purchasing at Dreams. Delivery was brilliantly quick too. Id give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks once again!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Met Cliff at his showroom, tried all the mattresses (in a covid secure way), picked the one we liked most, we paid, Cliff delivered exactly when expected and helped us get it upstairs. Very reasonable price, and great service. Recommended Vantastic to take the old mattress away who were equally brilliant.
