        Poor customer service once they are in possession of your vehicle for diagnostic repair or MOT etc, very frustrating. Edit: A year later and still receiving the same customer service. Poor

        Recently bought a GLC from Rory at Sandown. From start to finish he was communicative, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I couldnt recommend him enough. 10/10 guy and service.

        After dealing with other Mercedes dealerships accross the country I found the service that Connor gave at Sandown was excellent. He made the transaction of buying a car easy, no cheesy sales talk and just honest, open conversations. I'm in sales myself and Connor is an assett to the business.

        MB Basingstoke were amazing start to finish, Gave me an amazing trade in price for my existing Merc (Better than any other online company) and had my prefect car! Picked up my MB GLC AMG 63s Coupe, was in perfect condition and ready when i got there, paperwork was done quick and i was away, after care call in the evening to make sure everything was fine, communication was great also. Highly reccomend. Special mention to Gary who was my contact, great dealing with you!
