Store & Secure Self Storage in Basingstoke

From our first inquiry through the time we had our three units, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and assist with any of our needs. Aymi especially was always on hand to help, advise and generally brighten up our day. We would recommend Store & Store to our friends and family.

Staff are so incredibly friendly, in particular amy and Ash, always so helpful and nothing is ever too big for them to sort out! Would recommend this place to anyone especially for their customer service!!!

A fantastic self-storage company with exceptional customer service. I want to draw special attention to Aymi who went above and beyond to meet my storage needs. She was incredibly helpful from the start, responding to my initial online request promptly. Our subsequent phone calls and emails were an absolute delight, and she was just as a(y)miable when we met in person. Aymi is truly a huge asset to the team so never let her go! I know I will be back soon after such an ovewhelmingly positive experience.

Thoroughly recommended! Excellent friendly service and easy to use with good access times etc. It's been a great experience and one I would repeat if and when I need to.
