AO delivered a replacement fridge freezer for me but in error they failed to unpack & install. I only discovered this as they were leaving & they refused to check the order. I rang Belvoir very concerned as it was a Saturday morning & I now had no fridge freezer to use and was unable myself to safely remove the new one from the packaging & get it into position. Rachel T was very concerned as installation had been requested so kindly offered to come out with her husband when she finished work at lunchtime to help. They both arrived and were able to assist me in removing packaging & getting into position. She went above & beyond what was expected in her position (was hoping for merely a phone call to AO to query order). She is a credit to Belvoir.

Attended a check in for my Daughter with Kate from Belvoir for her new place - Kate was very thorough and patiently went through all of the various controls and settings, and gave my daughter some sound advice on how to maximise energy savings etc. which was very useful. Great customer service and professional.

Kate from Lettings did my check in today for my new house! I'm a semi first time renter so asked quite a few questions (probably fairly simple ones!) but she answered them all with genuine enthusiasm :-) Very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and bang on time! Thank you Kate & Basingstoke Belvoir!

I have been a tenant through Belvoir Basingstoke for almost 4 years and their experience has always been first class. The last 6 months have been very troubling owing to the property I'm renting being sold by a different agent but the team at Belvoir Basingstoke have really looked after me through that unsettling time - by looking after my interests when it came to viewings, right up to finding me a replacement place to live. I am so pleased that I have been able to transition to a different property being managed by this fabulous team. They're all amazing but in particular I'd like to call out Kate Shore who has become a rock for me and truly given personal support and also Jo Jones who made the Check Out process so seamless it appeared effortless - I know this is far from the case but to return the deposit within 24 hours of my exit was unreal. Cannot rate this magnificent team highly enough.
