This is the second time we have had dealings with them, last move we bought our house through them and they went over and above expectations. This time we did not hesitate selling our house through them and again they have gone above and beyond to sell our house and also found our dream house. Communication has has been excellent and they have kept us informed all the way, listening to our requirements and remaining professional at all times. Quite possibly the easiest part of buying my first home thanks in no small part to Chloe Buck. From the first call she made everything clear, walked me through all of my options clearly and checked in regularly to see how things were progressing with the purchase. Even when the transaction was on the verge of collapse, Chloe was invaluable in trying to do everything possible to help. Nothing was a burden. I don't agree with people picking up work related tasks when they are on leave, no matter the time sensitivity, however I was very appreciative when Chloe chased the lender for one query when in my view she didn't have to. Ultimately, the mortgage offer expired due to how long things were taking on the conveyancer side of things, but Chloe was always ready to resubmit a new application with me. Again, she made the mortgage application side of things the easiest part of the whole process, especially at a point when the whole transaction was at risk. Chloe is a credit to Connells, and I do wonder if I would have had such a smooth application process with anyone else. Thank you for all of your help!
