I went in for a service on 25th January and while my car was there the aerial was broken off and left in the side pocket of the drivers door without anyone saying anything to me. When I phoned to complain they said they would order a new one for me and let me know when I could take the car back to get the replacement fitted. It is now April and I have been chasing for this. No one in the office seems to know what is going on and I have been passed around from person to person with promises of call backs and no resolution yet. They also did not even sign the service book so there is no record of the work they have done other than the expensive invoice that I paid duly and in good faith. I have no confidence in the work they have done on the car and am extremely disappointed in the service I have received in regards to the aerial. This car has been serviced by Harwoods for years and when I took it on I wanted to continue with them in good faith. I will not be using them again in future.

Fantastic service! Couldnt fault, all staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend anyone to take their BMW here.
