Always had excellent service from HES, and the last time the serviceman arrived less than half an hour after I called about a failed battery. Very pleased.

A request for a hospital bed was marked up as URGENT. After having phoned the office a delivery driver was given contact details and wanted to arrange a delivery date, the day my wife was admitted to a Hospice. What part of URGENT does this company not understand. Perhaps the NHS should seek a more reliable company.

Nearly seriously injured by an HES driver near Hazeley, 05/02/2021. The HES van was being recklessly driven too fast, downhill on a tiny minor road with multiple blind bends and terrible road surface. In fog! NHS is under enough pressure, it don't need road traffic casualties.
