        I have been buying these masks since the pandemic and have been very happy with the until recently. The material in the masks seems to have changed and become very stiff and when putting the mask over the ears the string snaps. (Not all but out of a box about 5) I contacted the company and they were aware of the issue with this and are working to resolve it and they gave me most of the money back for my last order of three boxes. It was more than the amount I lost and this is why I gave 5 stars. I will continue to buy these masks in the future. Great customer service and in return my loyalty.
