        I went to see Sheila for a session of pure zen and Im still in awe of the positive and uplifting effect it had on me. Sheilas home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She is calm and professional, she made me feel at ease. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that is much needed of relaxation / spiritual healing.
