Hampshire Self Protection - Martial Arts & Self Defence Club for All

This is a very good group for youngsters and adults wanting to learn Karate. Additionally the adult classes which combine Thai Boxing and Practical Self Defence are brilliant for fitness, building self confidence and self awareness. Senior Instructor Ian has been trained by and trained with some very influential and prominent martial artists and the club is part of the British Combat Association, the UK's Foremost Self Defence and Multi-Style Martial Arts Organisation If you want a welcoming, inclusive and motivational training experience, I highly recommend it.

Brilliant club for any age!! My son (12 years old) attended the mixed class for several years and now attends the senior club. He looks forward to the weekly lessons and is greatly supported to get the best out of the lessons by Sensai Ian and fellow club members (they know who they are!!!!). As a proud parent it is great to see him progressing with each belt he achieves. Not just progressing with learning the skills, but also key skills of respect, listening, concentration, supporting others, communication - to name just a few. Highly recommended by parent and child!!!!
