        Great standard of martial arts with a wealth of really dedicated, experienced instructors.

        I have been training for 5 years and learnt plenty of practical skills for self defence as well as meeting a great punch of people who are equally enthused to learn and train together. Its a friendly atmosphere on the mat, with the opportunity to train with other clubs in the association across the country. It's a good form of exercise whilst leaning something useful and improve your confidence. Definitely recommend anyone to come down to see for themselves.

        Great value for money. A lot of clubs charge by direct debit regardless of how much you train. This is a pay as you go five pound per session fee. The instructors are approachable and everyone is keen to learn and train together.
