I was looking for some help and assistance in relation to the Marketing of my businesses, Copthorne Financial Services Ltd, Copthorne Legal Services Ltd and Copthorne LifePlan Ltd. I was introduced to Nicky Parker of Bang Consultancy Ltd in the middle of 2019 and I found Nickys approach to Marketing very refreshing. Nicky provided me with a Marketing proposal with no obligation and I found the proposal well presented and easy to understand. I decided to engage with Bang Consultancy Ltd at the beginning of 2020. Bang Consultancy Ltd re-vamped my websites which linked everything together and generated Copthorne as a brand rather than 3 separate companies that seemed to be doing their own thing!! This has been well perceived by both the staff within the business and also very much by our customers. The impact our working with Bang Consultancy Ltd has improved our image, our professionalism and has generated us a lot more enquiries from clients and referrals. Working with Nicky on a regular basis has also helped me to have more of an involvement in the Marketing of the business with writing Blogs and sending monthly Newsletters to our clients. To me this has made Copthorne feel more like a family and a community with our staff and clients. Nicky has helped put the Copthorne businesses into the world of Social Media which beforehand, I found to be a daunting project. I feel so proud of my businesses now and I feel that the Companys now have a presence on the internet, social media and regular contact with our clients. Without the help of Nicky Parker and her Team I know that I would not be in this position in a short period of time. Nicky is always available to be contacted and nothing is ever too much trouble. Working with Nicky is like having my own Marketing department within my business. Nicky is very approachable and has your best interests in mind. Nicky and the team helped me into the 21st century ..... Building a great website . Put into place everything that I required using her expertise in how it was all set up. Nicky also worked closely and contacted me with ideas and how to word my website professionally. 1st class service! Nicky and her team redesigned my website and Bookworx has never looked better! She was sympathetic and really entered into the spirit of our bookkeeping and payroll company. As a result we got a website that not only really does reflect who we are but looks fantastic.

Nicky and the team at Bang have looked after my marketing for the last 3 years and I cannot praise them enough. Bang Consulting have been amazing in helping me re-brand my business and making sure it all occurred as smoothly as possible.
