        Chap in technical rude, unhelpful, & knowing I did not know exact dims for the gates gave me a load of technical spill then hung up

        We purchased 2 FAAC products 640,40 in June 2019 and the passing of a family member prevented us to proceed installing gates in November. And in June this year after the Covid pandemic we asked is we could return the products, which we bought via Electric Gate Store (super company) . They would see what could be done and eventually turned us down with the words you want us to scrap it for you We just sold it to very greatful gate builders company 450,- ...... That is FAAC for you, arrogant and little sympathy and want to be rewarded for it!
