I found Haven Memorials to be very adapting, courteous, professional, and more than happy with my dad's memorial.

A family memorial was in serious need of some care after over 40 years. The haven team were so kind and thoughtful, especially with regards to dealing with my grandad, who over 40 years ago lost his wife and has been visiting and taking care of the memorial monthly since she passed. They were professional and sensitive and thankfully were able to make great recommendations because the memorial turned out perfect. Both my grandad and myself as well as the rest of our family were very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be recommending haven to others in the future. Thanks guys!

called first and then went in to store to discuss the possibility of having a tombstone done for my cat. was made lots of promises that I would be sent multiple quotes in my email address the same or next day. nothing was sent to my email for 2,3 days. I call the chap there and asked what happened and I kinda felt I was given the run around. I was told that the stones come from Finland or Italy and they take up to 12 weeks to be cut and to be shipped. I asked for and UK sorced stone that would come sooner and was promised a call back with information. needles to say the call back never came. very disappointed with the experience. don't recommend this company and definitely never use or try to use again.

I would highly recommend Haven Memorials. I was treated with such kindness I never felt rushed and they were all very understanding. It is a family run businesses I dealt with Tara and Lauren who were most helpful. The stone was perfect thank you all.
