Now to it...
It's Bay 10 (the end one) if you are collecting trays. Don't go further than the gate if it's already occupied. When you're on the bay put your keys on the hook. Change the light to red and go inside and give the guy inside your reference code.
The problem/annoyance comes from when it's busy. Sometimes there are trucks queuing down the road waiting to get in (pull up behind and wait your turn if this is the case) There is only ever one bay for tray collections and one guy loading. I'd say it's an average time of 45 minutes a truck so if there's 4 in front of you expect a 3 hour wait to get on the bay.
