Absolutely awful company, they do not update their info when you provide update to details to phone number or address, then try to contact you on old number, they do not write to you. But they did manage to update the bank account details for the DD, funny how the other information was not important enough to update

I can only speak from my experience with Omni Capital and it has been excellent. They answers the phone within 1-5 mins and all the people I have spoken to have been polite and professional. I have 3 active finances plans with them and I would gladly sign up to another once they are completed.

Worst company i have ever experienced. They dont care about customer service thier intention is only money, also they are working fake promise company who dont give you what they have promised.

Seen some terrible reviews of this place so was apprehensive to call; however I was shocked. A very nice young woman answered the phone, explained all the processes to me clearly, tried to help me out as best she could and let me know I could ring again if I had any problems! Only a 30 second wait on the phone too. Delighted
