        It will be a lovely place for kids, but the lack of customer service skills in some of the staff members ruined the whole experience for my family. Maybe a little bit of money spent on training staff, especially the lady called Zoe, will make it a nice place. The rude attitude of this lady, complete lack of customer service skills, and complate lack of common sense will definitely make me think twice before coming back.

        We love coming to atmosphere but do always find if its not busy then its very cold! We always have to wrap up and my sons nose always red when leaving from how cold it is. Otherwise no complaints and we have a fab time, food is good and reasonable prices.
