BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Limited

The worst company Ive ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Id give 0 stars if that was an option. I settled my finance agreement 16/5/22 but they still took my direct debit on 4/6/22, in hindsight I should of cancelled it, but Ive never had a company take payments after the agreement finished, so didnt think I needed to. Ive been trying to get someone to contact me through their antiquated call back form but to no avail. If you read this bnp I want my 246.45 back, you useless bunch of thieves

My boyfriend has had the misfortune of trying to deal with these idiots. I would give a 0 if I could. Avoid like the plague! Can't answer a phone, deal with any complaint or anything really. Fastest response we had off them was when we cancelled the DD. We will be seeking legal action against this joke of a company! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible service, we cleared out a finance agreement 2 months ago on a vehicle and they have not allocated the funds and they are still Direct debiting payments !! and the principle sum of over 27k is still with them in limbo while they are still charging me !! i will never use them again, worst experience ever

We have been and are still paying 65.00 / month (on a 5 year contract) to lease 4 phones which in total would cost approx 150.00 to buy them all outright. So instead of paying a one of cost of 165.00 we have leases the phones of BNP at a total cost of 3,900.00. This company is an absolute disgrace, do not use, they will be ripping you off. AVOID AT ALL COST.
