I regret ever using this company. My lawn has pretty much been killed off. One of their guys came to do a weed and feed and rather than spreading the treatment over the lawn it was dumped in patches causing the grass to burn and die. Our biggest mistake was having the grass aeration for 75 - another 10/15 min job. The holes were so big that they were there months and months later. Each hole turned into a muddy patch of grass and it looked a mess. Our grass has never recovered from the damage that was done and it looks terrible, Im so sad as it wasnt this bad to start with. Its awful to look at. Its just dead, I wish I had never stared. I feel over charged an conned by false promises. They are keen to take your money for little and poor work. They charge 36 a visit which lasts about 8 minutes, they turned up unannounced ( no further dates had been given to me on any invoices) to put various applications on the lawns and billed us, this was after telling us that there were no further visits. I was still charged for the visit where the weed and feed was dumped in patches on the lawn, I have asked then to come back and rectify their mistakes but have heard nothing from the Basingstoke branch. The Lawn Masterhead office were very apologetic but its out of their hands. I am left with a patchy, burnt brown lawn that basically needs re turfing, its been 7 months since the last visit and it has still not recovered. A huge mistake, please stay well clear.
