I was very pleased with my purchase of a yoga mat and cushion both of which arrived very quickly and the quality of these items is great . The mat seems particularly good with good grip on the underside. Cant wait to try it out. My yoga teacher buys Ruth White products which is a good enough endorsement for me!

I ordered a box of chip foam blocks from this company on ebay.ca. They quoted a delivery charge of 29 pounds with delivery 5 days later. This was almost as much as the blocks cost but I accepted and they charged my credit card. Three days later they messaged me that the delivery fee would be 54 pounds. I declined to pay and they cancelled the order. They issued a prompt refund but it was in British pounds and the exchange rate had changed leaving me out of pocket $4 pounds. They refused to discuss the matter or reimburse this expense saying that Paypal handles all of their payments. Re their answer: The whole point is that is was their oversight that they were on eBay.ca and that my order was accepted and payment taken. Yet they refused to help me out and ignored a subsequent email. Ebay and PayPal were just as unhelpful. I finally was reimbursed by Visa.
