        Extremely underwhelmed with Redrows post customer service. We are constantly being ignored and our criticism is dismissed. I cant recommend Redrow based on my personal experience.

        Although a very capable builder, there are a lot of concerns over the quality of finish and poor service. The customer service department in particular have been very poor. Using a lot of contractors it seems difficult to maintain a level of quality and with various problems from start to finish, some items will never be rectified and I would be interested to see how the workmanship would be reviewed throughout the Southern Counties.
