        Lack of communication. Problems arent being resolved and more problems occur which has set back the buying process so much. Its frustrating.

        trying to contact them to raise a complaint is a mind field. Purposely lead you round different teams. generic email address for issues also. number of defects found on the property are ongoing.

        Do not even think about getting a property with this company. Had serious problems with are new build being Structurally unsafe for over 2 months now and they have no care in fixing the problems. . Plus extractor fan in the loft catching fire which apparently isn't important to be removed and replaced..

        We are currently in the process of buying a house with Sovereign living in Andover. I feel the whole way through they have kept me very up to date via phone and email! They have been outstanding, especially Andrew Turner. I couldn't fault him at all. Thanks for your outstanding customer care and friendly attitude. It really makes a difference and I have felt heard and listened to which is so important as a customer. I would recommend anybody buying a house to use them.
