Sovereign Housing Association

They have left a garage with a huge hole and cracking, they came out and half covered the hole in March. Its been left like that since. They have been contacted multiple times about safety concerns, the damaged section faces directly onto a residential road and the cracking has since spread and is now affecting the adjoining garage. Sovereign have also come and put red fencing around a wall thats fallen down in the road opposite and that has been left for months as well, seems this company specialise in temporary repairs. They plaster all over their vans creating great places to live more like creating worse places to live. Awful company, only five star reviews they have are from staff lol

Isnt very happy with the way you promised us a place and took it away from us like that its very nasty to do that when we was going to clear our rent arrears

Been living in a gff for 17 years and have had nothing but problems with damp my flat has never felt like a home as we can't have anything without it been ruined by damp have had several idiots coming round trying to patronise us on how to iive like we are not capable I have one to describe sovereign.. Pathetic!!!!!

Whole year and still waiting to solve the mould problem. Gotten alot worse since pictures been taken. Destroyed all my daughters toys and unit in the bathroom. Moved on into the bedroom to find it was on our pillows. No compensation for the items destroyed or even resolved as of yet. Boiler broke 12days ago and was only fixed yesterday. No heating or hot water with a 2 year old and it was -4 during that time. I do not recommend. I've been told by 3 different people from sovereign they don't feel the flat is correctly insulated. Someone came out didn't even check and just said if it didn't pass the test you wouldn't be living here what a joke I really really advice not to go with sovereign
