        I'm not impressed either. We were shoved along to the district nurses pretty quickly, who are brilliant, please don't get me wrong, but I thought 'hospice' at home was just that. Add to the mix no support whatsoever evenings and overnights when we really, really need someone to help. What is the contingency plan while you're refurbishing? Surely, if you can't or won't accept new admissions you would have put provisions in place for more care in people's homes in advance

        My dad was only here for 5.5 days but in that time he was treated so well. Our family were also looked after by the team. He died this morning and the team were amazing. He had a good peaceful end and my mother spent the last day with him yesterday. Thank you all for the care given.
