Had a few goes with this but Debbie is the best there, she is motivational, helpful advice, happy and encouraging, not critical at all, she really helped me get the furthest I have done so far, very thankful.

I would like to Thank Smoke Free, especially Debbie for the support in getting me to quit smoking. I have now stopped for two months with Smoke Frees free help and advice. I can now run around with my kids and keep up with them without having to stop to breathe every two minutes!! I have moved on to a Vape which really assisted me in my journey of giving up. Thanks Smoke Free and Debbie.

First thing I would like to say is a big thank you to a lady who works in the qa hospital where I was a patient a few months ago who she is a stop smoking nose her ma0ne is alicia , also a huge thank you to a0 lady called Debbie who works for smokefree Hampshire she has made this journey for me to give my 40 year habit up Debbie has made it so easy for me by sending me patches .phoneing me every week to chat and to see if there was anything she could help me with in my journey I looked forward to the call from her so a big thankyou Debbie for all ur help

I had Debbie as my advisor,she was friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me on my road to quitting smoking would recommend this service to anyone trying to kick the habit

My mum is 89 and has dementia, she has smoked since she was 16. Smoke free Hampshire contacted her and we arranged for the patches which have been amazing and every week Claire calls to check how mum is doing, she is very sympathetic and then sends the repeat patches. Mum has not smoked for 3 months!
