I consider myself extremely lucky to have come across strength redefined Basingstoke, and Woj. I wanted to learn some of the skills calisthenics offers so was trying to learn from apps and online content but was really struggling to make progress. It was all so vague and allot of people just showing off in their videos. Fortunately I found this place and since Ive started coming regularly and have been coached by Woj my progress and knowledge have excelerated massively. Woj can break down every move/exercise/skill and go in to the technique to help you understand the right way to progress and give you a solid foundation to build on to gain the strength and understanding to achieve the calisthenics skills. To make it even better all the people that attend are super friendly and supportive too and a real mix of abilities so we all help each other out as well. Absolutely no egos in this group either. I cant talk highly enough of Woj and strength redefined and recommend it everyone especially if you have an interest in body weight training.

Really cool place to learn calisthenics, WOJ is knowledgeable and fun to be with, I had a great time there. I will definitely get back to them soon.

I've been coming here for a few months now, and just wanted to give the team a massive shout out, as they really are amazing. I'm not a sporty person and was dreading my first session, thinking it was going to be full of dudes with delicate egos, but it's not at all. It doesn't matter whether you're doing the easiest exercise or hardest, someone in the group will make sure to give you a (metaphorical) pat on the back, Woj is super patient and supportive, and the bit that reassured me I'd made the right decision during my first session? The ladies loo is full of deodorant, hairspray, and other bits a girl might need. This gym is not full of dudes with ego issues, it's super female (and male!) friendly and supportive. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend 4 hours a week (and yes, it's addictive and you will end up signing up for membership!).
