Confusing entrances, entry required was in completely different building. Staff were friendly enough, business was done efficiently and with speed and courtesy! Appointment took about 15 - 20 minutes top.

Attended apprehensive. Never been to a job centre before. Lucie was welcoming and went through the minefield with me. Fully appreciated and come out feeling that things weren't that bad apart from not using the toilet because of covid! Its nice to know some people actually care about your circumstances

Aside from the experience of having to attend for Job Seekers, this place is well run. The staff I spoke with were helpful and supportive and gave clear guidance on options for job search enhancement and local clubs available to join to ensure you were putting your best self out there on the job market. My case handler Ray was always helpful and understanding toward my situation and ultimately I was able to get back on the career ladder in the end. Thank you for your support.
