        "You are caller 2 in the queue" and it takes over 30 mins to get through to be clumsiliy 'advised' by a receptionist as to the meaning of test results, which they were struggling to read off the screen!! After saying I needed to speak to someone to understand the outcome, a telephone GP appointment to discuss is now set for 2 months time, yes TWO months time. An absolutely abysmal service, for which the NHS and the local Integrated health Partnership should be ashamed.

        Extremely rude staff. The doctors refuse basic treatment. They are unable to process simple referrals leaving me hanging for 6 months in some cases. Avoid if you can
