Ford Group 1 in Basingstoke with Service Manager Paul are terrible, I am hoping I never have to use this garage again. Some of the staff there do not know how to treat customers. They are a dealership, a we had a claim in for manufactures fault for the wipers and washer, but Ford Group 1 would not even respond to Ford themselves. It is my belief that this dealership is not really interested in maintaining cars, just making money in selling cars. If you can I would recommend you go to another Ford dealership.

We have just brought a used car from ford basingstoke the service from start to finish was just perfect made great by Steve Bartlett he couldnt do enough for us and explained everything really well ford Basingstoke should be proud to have him as a staff member

Turbo gone on my Transit. Booked it in. Dropped Transit off on one day. 9am the following day. Transit all repaired and sorted. Now that's service. Quick service too. 10 out ten for fast service. Didn't lose to much time from job either.

One star is being generous. An absolute joke of a company. I had a service on 14 February, which was very over priced and the main reason for the service they needed a part. I got notified in mid-April the part was ready and booked in, dropped my car off to be called 3 hours later saying the part still hadnt arrived and they had no idea when it would be ready. Sheer incompetence.
