Booked my car in to have a fault light looked at; expected a large bill and sure enough got diagnosed 1900 which was fine.
After I'd arranged payment, rang up to find out how long it would take to fix, on the understanding that it was a large job. Was shocked to find that, after having waited two weeks to book my car in, I would have to wait a further two weeks before any work could start.
I then asked if a courtesy car was available only to be told that they wouldn't have any available but "helpfully" I could get a discount if I wanted to hire a car from Enterprise.
Edit: after complaining I was offered a courtesy car, but only after two weeks. Also, have just rung to find out my car repair is delayed (again)
You've now had my car 5 weeks and still not fixed it; using the same excuse of "lack of manpower" as you did five weeks ago

UPDATE 15th September so still no car and still no idea when it will arrive which is ironic really when I've just been invited to another fiat event, which I bought my car through in their February event. I phoned their sales team to enquire when a car bought in their September event would arrive as I was aware that there was a worldwide shortage of new cars. I described the exact model I'm still waiting for and was told delivery would be in October/November funny that as I still have no date for my car and have now had to pay the balloon payment on my current car!! I think Fiat are being economical with the truth when it comes to securing a sale - BE WARNED!!!

The sales manager took the time to explain why the earlier mix ups had occurred and sincerely apologised for the misunderstanding.
In the days after the sale was completed, I received follow up calls and emails to make sure I was happy with the car.
What I appreciated most was that the team genuinely listened to my complaints and certainly appear to have taken action to help improve their customer liaison.
And.the new car is fabulous too.
As a result, I have no hesitation in amending my review and giving them a well deserved 5-stars, and I look forward to their call in about three years to look at replacing this FIAT 500 with a shiny new electric one.
Original review: I was invited into Eden mothers early in 2022 to look at a new car, even though my current car was just over a year old. It appears that, with the supply of new cars being so unreliable, the dealerships need more second hand cars. Stupidly, I fell for it.
I was told my sparkling new Fiat 500 would be available at the end of April. However the delivery date soon slipped to the end of May / early June, then it slipped again to August / September. On each occasion, I had to chase for the information.
It is now late July, and I was told this week that the car is now in the dealership and to get in touch to arrange the exchange. As I am away for the next two weeks or so, I asked to collect it this evening, Thursday, 28 July, as Thursdays are late opening.
I have now spent most of this week just trying to get somebody to get back to me to confirm what is going on. Either, they are so ridiculously under staffed that they simply cant respond, or they actually dont care about the customer at all.
My frustration has reached a new high now as I was assured by the salesperson this afternoon that he would get back to me by 5pm to confirm if I could collect the car this evening, being that I live well over an hours drive from the dealership; it is now 5.27pm and no call. I can only presume that I wont be collecting the car.
In short, the customer service has been atrocious. If I do eventually get the car, I will make use of the servicing deal that has been offered, then have nothing further to do with Eden FIAT.
My advice, especially if your blood pressure is high, is to go elsewhere.
