Soundbar was picked up a month ago, I quizzed the engineer when he collected it about my concern of no contact reviews and he said the phones work fine it's just they get busy and it's better to e-mail, you'll get a response straight away. I e-mailed a couple of weeks ago and there was an immediate response to say the part had been delivered a few days earlier and just needed to be fitted. I chased up a few days ago and nothing. I have phoned 20+ times and always get the recorded message and cut off. If you have an official Samsung repair and they say they are using this company simply say no. Whether they do a good job or not is irrelevant if they've got an expensive item of yours and they are impossible to contact and do not communicate. Currently escalating with Samsung.

Don't bother. They have tried to fix our TV twice and failed.... We told them changing the motherboard would not fix the issue but they insisted on doing this and sure enough our problem persists..... Total waste of time.

Poor rating for this company. Was sent to them under a samsung warranty repair. Part took a week to arrive with no updates. Engineer one turned up barely greeted me at the door, stunk of smoked and was very unprofessionally dressed. Finished the job as quickly as he could. On inspection he had broken a plastic clip and scratched the back of the screen. Second engineer arrived to fix problems from first engineers visit. Much more friendly and helpful. Wasn't through choice I used this company and would struggle to recommend.

After reading all the negative reviews I must let everyone know we had a brilliant tv engineer he was Italian and he went out of his way to help and make sure our tv was repaired and returned to us in three days . He kept us informed with timings of when he would arrive, so that is why Im giving this Italian engineer five stars, unfortunately I dont know his name but hopefully he will know who this review is for thank you.
