        Very very poor service!! Specially one lady is there, she is too busy with rolling her tobacco!! Finally I went festival place one nice n quick service over there

        Not really polite customer service. Phone before coming till what time they can do pictures, came 45 minutes before closing time and men who was there was not polite, didn't want to accept cash. Won't use again.

        I have had a bench plaque done at the branch, and although there were a few typos initially the staff were kind and more than happy to make it right which I really appreciated. It would certainly help the teams in the branches if there was an email address to avoid having to write by hand.
