When I phoned to ask about cost of clearing a blocked drain I received a clear listing of possible charges and and an idea of how long it might take. Service was first class. Then quoted me to replace existing old fashioned and problematic part of drain and returned a few days later to complete that task as well. Very satisfied.

I had an issue with a sewer pipe which Ryan discovered by surveying was damaged, he gave a very reasonable quote to fix the problem ,which was to excavate and replace the pipe ,roughly six metres,but quickly found it was completely encased in concrete .obviously more work in digging up and disposing of the concrete ,but he honoured the quote ,where many would not have .Thank you Ryan and Mark, for a first-class service.

If you have a complicated drainage system in your house I would suggest not using this company. Got TechniDrains Ltd off checkatrade and he is my hero !! Unfortunately some people see this as a license to print money but finding a honourable tradesman who actually wants to fix this issue using whatever means necessary and doesn't charge a call out fee is the best way to go. Lesson learnt for me !!

Called the office, was offered good advice from Ryan who then organised for an engineer to come shortly afterwards. Using the power jet, our blocked sewer drain was unblocked within minutes, Good, fast, efficient service.
